Bozeman to Glacier

Written politely 2018-06-14.

Driving out of our Yellowstone campsite after a breakfast of biscuits and gravy with sausage and fruit. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30am, but at 9:10am as we got closer to the dining hall, some more temporary signs revealed that breakfast was until 9:15am and the hall closed the doors at 9:30am. This was highly suspect. Regardless, we finished up, packed up, and got on the road to our next stay in Glacier National Park.

I drove the whole way. We stopped several times to go to the bathroom and to eat lunch along the way. It was sunny and in the mid to high 60s but windy. So, if you don’t stand in the sun while wearing your wind breaker, it is fairly chilly.

We got to our place around 5:30pm and got unpacked. It was nice to be staying somewhere for 3 days since we haven’t done that yet on the trip. It was exciting to unpack everything and begin our roles again. Jill was doing laundry and I was making sure the things around the house worked correctly. We settled in an enjoyed our time. The sun stayed up until 9:30pm, so the day seemed really long.
